Warranty Policy
We stand behind the quality of our sabers with a free 1-year warranty starting from the delivery date. 

What’s Covered

  • Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.

  • Repairs using brand-new or refurbished parts at no cost for materials or labor.

  • Unlimited claims during the warranty period.

What’s Not Covered

  • Damage caused by negligence, custom modifications, theft, or loss.

  • Sabers disassembled by you or a third party without prior permission.

  • Damage from using a charger exceeding 5V/1A (only use the provided charging cable).

Blade Warranty
Due to the nature of combat, blades are covered under a 30-day warranty. The hilt and internal electronics remain covered under the standard 1-year warranty.

How to Claim

  1. Notify us in writing (via email) with your name and order number.

  2. Return the saber to us for inspection.

    • Postage costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the saber was damaged upon delivery (covered under our returns policy).
